Return and Exchange Policy:

For exchanges due to errors in size, manufactures defect, shipping error or any other reason call us toll free at 1-877-215-9004. Outside the USA call 001-801-566-7579. Customer Service hours are Mon thru Fri 9 AM to 5:00 PM MST.

All items may be returned within 30 days for most orders and 60 days for cloth diaper package purchases provided that:

  1. Diapers and/or accessories are unused and unwashed and still in new, resellable condition.
  2. Unused portions of Cotton and PUL materials cannot be returned.
  3. Copy of sales receipt accompanies returned items.
  4. Please write reason for return sales receipt.

The purchase price of returned items will be credited to your credit card if still current or a check sent to return address. Please allow 7-10 days for processing once we receive the return. The cost of shipping is not refunded and return shipping service charges are the customers responsibility.

At our discretion, we may accept returns outside the designated return times above. Restocking fees may apply.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

We are glad to accept returns and exchanges but no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returned Goods without an RA number will be refused. To receive an RA Number call customer service at 877-215-9004 or 001-801-566-7579. * When you bring an item back to a store they require your receipt to make a return or exchange. Please include your receipt with your return. *

 

Please have your order information ready when you call. When you package your item(s) to return please include a clearly written note with your order number explaining what was wrong with the item, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. If you want an exchange please include the size, style, color and any other details we need to complete your request. Returns with missing information get set aside to be researched later, which can delay your replacement or refund. Items not eligible for return or exchange will not be sent back to you but will be disposed of.
