Diaper Covers

Cloth diaper covers are the waterproof outer layer used over absorbent cloth diapers like prefolds, flats, and fitted diapers. They keep moisture in while allowing you to reuse the cover for multiple changes — just wipe clean between uses if there's no mess.

How many covers do you need? Most parents find 4–6 covers is enough for full-time cloth diapering. If you wait more than 2 days between washes, or love rotating through fun prints, you may want more. Covers can be hand washed and air dried between laundry days.
