Time in Transit for Domestic Orders

ClothDiaper.Com ships using your choice of United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Post Office (USPS). Shipping price is based on the weight of your order, your ship to location and the level of service you choose.

Our online shopping cart provides you with a choice of available shipping methods to your location and allows you to see an estimated shipping rate before providing any personal address or credit card information. Just add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. To estimate shipping charges click on the view cart link in the green box near the top left of every screen. Once in the shopping cart click the estimate shipping link near the botton left. This will show the least expensive shipping option available. Additional shipping options are available during the checkout process. Our shipping center is located in Sandy, Utah and drop ins are welcome. We are located at 9713 South 600 West.

UPS GROUND - Note times below are for domestic ground services and start the day after your order is shipped and do not include weekends or holidays. UPS services are fully trackable.

U.S. Postal Services: Note the times below are approximate and are for domestic shipping and do not include, Sundays, the day you order, or holidays. With the postal service your shipment is not "trackable" although deliver confirmation is provided.

Time in Transit for International Orders

International Orders: Orders shipped to destinations outside the USA will arrive customs and duty collect. Please be aware of local regulations before you order. The shopping cart utilizes only postal services for International shipments. Express Mail International shipments generally arrive in 5-10 days. Priority Mail International shipments generally arrive in 5-30 days. First Class Mail International shipments generally take 15-60 days. All though a delivery confirmation number will be provided, tracking for International postal services are not reliable. During the Holiday Season (Nov-Jan) it can sometimes take twice as long to receive your package due to volume and customs delays. If your order does not arrive in the time frames above please check with your local post office as they often hold parcels for collection of customs and duties.

**Shipping to the United Kingdom** Due to new 2021 VAT registration requirements, we are not able to ship any orders to the United Kingdom. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing Time - When will my order ship?

Most orders placed on a weekday will ship that day or the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will generally ship on Monday. Although 98% of our orders ship out in one business day, occasionally we are very busy and therefore we ask that you allow us up to two business days to ship.

Expedited Shipping

UPS Next Day and Second Day Air shipping will ship the same day if received week days before 2PM EST. Our two day shipping commitment (48 hour) excludes weekends, holidays, closings due to extreme weather conditions and other related delays, custom made items, special order or out of stock items.

We promise to ship your order using the carrier of your choice but we cannot guarantee that UPS or the US Postal Service will always be able to deliver on time. This may be due to unpredictable circumstances such as weather related delays or a global pandemic. Also not all locations can be serviced the next day depending upon their proximity to a mail hub.

If UPS or the USPS is unable to deliver a Next Day Air package as promised we will make an application for refund and reimburse you if the carrier is at fault (this does not include handling charges). Please contact us if a carrier is unable to deliver on time and you desire a refund. Please note that due to covid-19, UPS will no longer guarantee on time delivery for any level of service.

Next Day or Second Day Air from UPS United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Express Mail are not available on International Orders with destinations outside the 50 United States. American Possessions, Territories and APOs are also excluded.

UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air or 3 Day Select Orders must be received before 2 PM Eastern Standard Time to ship the same day. Orders received after 2PM will ship the following business day. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you are shipping to a PO Box you must select Express Mail Delivery via the US Postal Service. Express Mail Orders ship the next business day.

Please Note: UPS and USPS do not offer Next Day, 2ND Day or 3 Day Select Service to all locations. Depending upon their proximity to a mail hub some locations can only receive standard ground service.

International Orders - Packages shipping to locations outside the USA

Everyday we ship orders to locations outside the USA. We can ship to you no matter where you live, whether in Europe, Asia or South America. Please be sure to select the proper International shipping during checkout or your order may be delayed. For information on the cost to ship your order to your country please read the following instructions.

Your shipping (freight or postage) costs depends upon what you order. You can find out how much your shipping is just by adding items into our online shopping cart. Our shopping cart calculates shipping based upon a combination of the size and total weight of the order plus the shipping method you select and the final destination. If you place all the items you want into our shopping cart, the software will calculate and display the correct total for you including shipping.

Diapers (nappies) are very heavy. Keep in mind that sometimes smaller orders are more expensive to ship. The first pound weight of your order is the most expensive to deliver and the larger your order is, the smaller the relative percentage for shipping will be.

Many countries will levy an import tax or customs fee that will need to be paid before you can collect your package. If you are not sure if your country levies additional import taxes please contact your local post office, UPS office or customs department.
