Do these have an umbilical cord snap down?
They do not have a specific snap down setting for the umbilical cord.

Did not come with washing instructions And can’t find any online for the diaper covers, only for all in ones. Wash on what temp/ setting? Can it go in the drier?
They can be washed on any temperature and dried on any temperature. Since the covers dry fast they can be removed after 20 minutes to allow the rest of the load to dry faster. Basically the PUL material and the snaps are built to take it. They can also be hand washed and hung to air dry. Whatever works best for you.
